  12. I recently purchased Visual C++ v4.0.  A friend recommended to me a
  13. book called "C++ primer, 2nd edition".  I looked for it at a local
  14. bookstore, but it wasn't available.  I am not looking for other
  15. sources.  Do you have a suggestion for documentation available on the
  16. net, via www, ftp, telnet, or another book that I can purchase?  If
  17. so, please reply.

  21. PS:  Any source that teaches c/c++/vc++ will do.  I am new to the
  22. c/c++ language, but am learning pascal on the macintosh.  If you have
  23. ANY pointers, it will do.
